Orders We require one PO (Purchase Order) for every order. Customers are assured a prompt delivery as all orders are processed and shipped on the day orders are placed. An invoice is sent after each order is completely processed. The customer is expected to review the invoice for accuracy and inspect contents of the shipped order upon arrival. Any inaccuracies with the order should be reported to within 48 hours of receipt. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues with an order. Returns Defective equipment may be returned within the warranty period for a full refund. Non-defective equipment may be returned within 30 days of receipt and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original condition for refunds to be granted. New items may be returned unopened within 30 days of receipt and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs for non-defective equipment is paid for by the customer.
To return defective equipment, contact your sales representative to request an RMA form. RMA forms must be completely filled out with Company Name, Purchasing Representative, Sales Representative, Purchase Order number, Purchase Date, Model Number and Serial Number of equipment. Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of RMA issuance.
Exchanges Syllogy Networks will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges which arise as a result of defective equipment. To return defective equipment for an exchange, contact your sales representative to request and RMA form. The replacement equipment will be processed and shipped out upon approval of the exchange by your sales representative.
Sales Tax Georgia customers are subject to a 6% state sales tax. Organizations who are exempt from tax must present a tax exempt certificate at the time of each purchase. Quotes Syllogy Networks will provide a written quote to all customers upon request. Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours. To be guaranteed a quote price, transactions must be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Warranty Terms We provide a minimum 90-day warranty on all products we sell. 180-day and 12-month warranties are available on select items. The warranties we offer are possible due to our thorough in-house inspection and testing process. Payment Terms We accept the following forms of payment. - COD payments via company checks - Wire transfers - Credit Cards - Net terms (Subject to credit approval)
